Product Review: OxiClean Max Force Power Paks and Pre-Treater
I do a lot of laundry. I might have mentioned that here before.
And so I was happy to be the recipient of some new weapons in my battle against dirt and grime. OxiClean has come out with two new products, the OxiClean Max Force Laundry Stain Fighter and Booster Power Paks and the OxiClean Max Force Pre-Treater Gel Stick.
The Power Paks are designed as an addition to your laundry detergent. You just toss one of these Power Paks in with your laundry. (I put it right in the barrel of my HE machine.) Then, like magic, your whites and whiter and your colors are brighter. Really. All without any chlorine beach whatsoever.
Even more exciting, if you ask me, is the Gel Stick. This is different from any other stain remover I’ve used. It’s a sturdy canister full of gel. You dab it on, rub it in, let it sit for a bit and then wash the item. I tried it on my daughter green cotton dress with pink stripes–with ketchup stains all over it. (I guess it was ketchup. I asked her and she said it was from lunch.) And the stains all came out!
You can treat your stain up to one week before washing. (Awesome since I tend to forget what I’m doing–I can treat the stain and ignore it until I wash the clothes later.) The label says it fights: grass, blood, food stains, soil, clay, grease and oil. And frankly, if your stain doesn’t fit that category, you might have bigger problems on your hands than just laundry! Smile.
I believe you can find coupons and more information on the OxiClean site. Check it out!
