BrainFuel Blog Tour

I must confess.  I have a slight addiction to “Scramble.”  I play it on Facebook and on my iPhone.

But tonight, I found games I liked even more.  Mostly because they make me feel smart and not unable to string together random letters to form enough words to beat my high score.

This site, BrainFuel, is designed to help kids and parents feed their brains.  It is divided into sections:  Brain Food, Brain Health, Brain Games and Brain Forum.  I liked the Brain Games the most–and I can assure you that my kids did, too.

From the BrainFuel page, you can sign up for a trial subscription to Lumosity.com, which is a site that helps you “work out your brain” and “train your brain.”  I had a lot of fun trying out the games.  You have a trainer and get immediate feedback.  Try it out free for fourteen days.  I liked the bird game once I figured it out!

And now?  I have to go rest my brain by watching college football with my husband.

“I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour campaign by Mom Central on behalf of BrainFuel and received an insulated lunch bag from California Innovations to thank me for taking the time to participate.”

Wow. It's Quiet Here...
