The fine folks at Chicco are giving away thirty strollers in thirty days and you have a chance to win one. All you have to do it go to their site and fill out a survey. There are no strings attached. Chicco is an Italian company which makes high quality, safe and stylish products. (Yes, they suggested I say that last part. Well, I think it should be the most convincing person…..like a first time Grandma who would love to take her granddaughter for a walk when she is here, but her mama dislikes my old relic of a stroller (it served all my kids well!) but never has room in their car for their cadillac of strollers! Besides, this will be the Porsch of strollers, and will beat the cadillac of strollers anyday….right? And if that is not convincing enough….I’ll just have to work on it some more…

I don’t know, there are so many different reasons why people would want one. I, for one, wouldn’t want to choose! I’d say random. Yeah, random, but pick my number, OK?
Just got custody(part time while dad is away) of my grand child, the father is in the service and mother is well…that would take a while…would sure come in handy for us..pick me pick me!! Just for the record I have been a faithful reader for a while now of BOTH sites..does that increase my chances…LOL????

Random drawing is the only fair way to do it, I say! I need one, and if The Universe says I need a stroller, by golly that’s good enough for me!

We are expecting #4 in December and of course, we gave away all of our baby furniture two years ago, except for a broken crib and a big double stroller (which my other three kids are too “big” to ride in without major bribery and a little physical force), because our moving truck was too small and at the time the most reasonable thing to leave behind was the baby stuff…not such a wise move! Oooh, random… though if I win I’d give it to my dear friend who just found out that she & hubby have been chosen by a birth mother to adopt a baby! erm, in 4 weeks!
That’s not a lot of time to mentally prepare yourself to become a mother, (40 weeks is barely enough at that) -so a stroller would be just ducky, one less thing to think about. And think, nobody’d have to pay shipping if I won.
hmmmm, I don’t know….I guess if one story just pops out to ya, then you send it to them, otherwise I guess just random (that may be easier on you).
I vote for picking the five most compelling stories (or amusing or amazing, whatever your criteria) and then randomly drawing from those five.

What a tough decision you have. Random is probably best as there are too many stories and I’m sure they are all deserving.
I could push my story as well, I am pregnant with my 11th child. I had a brand new stroller, once, a Jeep. That lasted a couple years before the wheels started falling off. Our parish priest gave me a used stroller a couple years ago that has served it’s purpose.
I’m sure there is a derserving person out there somewhere! Best of luck to you.

Hi Mel, I think you should do a random drawing. Everyone has great stories that are compelling but I think that if someone really isn’t in need, they won’t enter so it leaves those that are most deserving to pick their names out of a hat!
I say Random.. but that’s because I don’t have the energy to write out an explanation about the age of our favorite stroller.
I totally need this stroller because I’m being forced (for financial reasons) to sell off all my strollers,,,yes I’m obsessed…but i have to have one! right? right? Plus I’m faithful,,,I don’t comment a lot but I read every post here.

So, yesterday was my 52nd birthday and since I told my 7 daughters and husband that I have everything I need, guess what? For the first time they LISTENED!! Even Eeyore received a balloon.. Reason (if you decide to pick) I could really use a stroller? Mall-walking with my granddaughter. I have bad knees and am trying to get more exercise, and pushing something takes some of the stress off them..Many thanks!!!
